The
Villas

Boasting over 10,000 square feet of combined living space, our trifecta of villas pair traditional Jamaican design elements with modern luxury, setting the perfect mood for a relaxing getaway..

Serenade, Newly Crafted

With over 10,000 square feet of living space, our three villas are spread alongside 6.5 acres of our cliffside private beach. Each morning your eyes open to the breathtaking 360 degree views of the Caribbean Sea.

Although each villa stands alone, they are all connected by hand laid stone walkways allowing our property to be the perfect space for you and your guests.

From the bamboo beds in which you rest to the wooden shutters that allow the cool ocean breeze to serenade your every step, all elements of Serenade Negril are restored and hand crafted by Jamaica’s local artisans.

*Only the entire property is available for rent during high season; November to June. Individual villas are available for rent during the low season; June to November. Adults only, unless the entire property is booked.

The
Main House

Mangrove Villa

Mangrove Villa is the main villa of the estate and located in the centre of the property, like the famous mangroves that surround the Island of Jamaica.

The
Guest House

Guango Villa

Just steps away from the main house is the Guango Villa. Also known as the guest house, the decor of this room was inspired by the Mexican village of Tulum, which helped influence our design here at Serenade Negril.

The
Beach House

Willow Beach Villa

Privately nestled away from the main villa, Willow Beach is just steps away from the beach and water. And yes, is under the swaying branches of the willow tree. This uniquely structured villa offers a 360 degree open air concept allowing you to drift into dreams.

The Neighbourhood

If you haven’t reached the most western tip of Jamaica yet, prepare yourself for what Jamaican natives would refer to as the ‘country side’.

Our visitors that have had journeyed to the west, would tell you that the “west end is the best end”. Blessed with colorful characters, small boutique properties and the ever famous cook shops that bring celebrities across seas, Negril truly holds to the original charm of everything you have heard Jamaica to be.
